How can the POJO news have anything associated with the jail before the freeman? Why would someone go to them before the hometown paper? Is anyone paying attention on Hurley ave?

I'm a little curious why the connection between the deadly fire at Deutsche Bank and the Ulster County jail debacle hasn't been vetted in a story by the Freeman...
I only saw a brief mention in a wire story that Bovis Lend Lease is main contractor for both projects...
